Leading a
happy life style is the most important thing. Therefore, health is the most
valuable thing in our lives. If we lose it, there won’t a meaning of world. Not
only us but also the persons around us will be unhappy.
To prevent this situation, we have to do a lot
of things. First of all, we have to pay
attention what we eat and drink. We need to choose correct foods for
our health. We should stay away from junk foods such as hamburger, cola nugget,
cakes with so much fat. Instead of them we need to eat vegetables, fruits and
drink green tea. Secondly, we should try to do sports. For example walking near distances is great
for staying active. We should attend sport activities such as
volleyball, basketball, tennis, football, handball, and running. Sport provides
us a healthy life. Thirdly, people should feel positive everything around them.
That is also one of the necessary things for healthy life. Because, feeling happy
inside can make us stay away from every illness. If we grow hate inside, that
will do nothing but loss in life. To sum up, to live a healthy life links to
us, so we need to give importance to our lives and try to live and healthy
life.
